Our estimating department will get bids out in a timely manner. We deal with all projects, small or large. For those General Contractors that need bids ASAP, our estimators can get you a bid proposal in 24-48 hours.

Safety Program

All J Rhoads personnel are required to follow the Osha regulated safety policy. This means all employees must have on proper attire such as: hard hats, steel toe hard sole work boots, long pants, minimum of four inches on sleeves etc... When necessary, our crews will be required to wear safety glasses, ear protection, & a dusk mask. This is required in masonry when using a cut saw and operating other certain equipment. We take the proper precautions to make each job site a safe one.

Fall Protection

Fall Protection is required by all J Rhoads Employees unless they are masons that are overhand brick laying. All other crew members will that are not masons using that technique must be tied of by an Osha approved harness. Whenever any person step out on a leading edge, they must have an approved fall protection setup. Any persons in noncompliance with this rule will be terminated immediately. The purpose of this rule is to save your life and the lives around you on any construction site.
