Masonry
We are currently seeking out new clients to help expand the Masonry Department. We currently staff approximately 25 masons and 40 Labors. All Masonry projects are completed in a timely manner (ahead of schedule when possible) and are handled by experienced superintendents. They handle all layout and enforce strict safety standards. All Scaffold is built by certified scaffold erectors and all safety equipment is used when necessary. All forklift operators are licensed and experienced. In closing, we expect a great deal of quality and precision out of our masons. They are expected to punch out as they go and keep all of their work clean. We invite you to come out to any job site and observe the quality and pride that goes into each project.
Stucco
J Rhoads has several large scale projects going in the stucco division. We are well organized with a very efficient system in regards to stucco. One crew will do nothing but layout and prepping the site. This crew also installs all foam bands or designs, and applies all necessary lathe. This process helps so when it is time to apply the mud, we can show up with a full crew of plasterers and produce at a fast pace with clean work. J Rhoads understands that stucco is finish work and we pride ourselves on getting it right and making our clients happy.
Concrete Pumping
We have several pumps that are available. We started out pumping our own jobs, such as tie beams and cell fill. It turned into a highly demanding market. Now we opened ourselves to the public and it has grown considerably. As in any other trade we are involved in, we take pride in finishing the job in the most efficient manner with the cleanest result. Please contact our office for a list of rates and availabilities.
